The following forms are to be used by students who have loans with the Fund. They are not to be used by first-time borrowers applying for a student loan.
Student Check Request Form Use this form to request that a student loan check be sent to you. Before submitting your request be sure you currently have an approved loan amount available.
Loan Deferment Request Complete this form to apply for a student loan deferment. If approved, payments on principal will be deferred and your interest rate will be lowered from the repayment rate of 6% per annum to the student deferment rate of 2% per annum.
Automatic Payment Plan This convenient plan provides you with a way to pay your student loan payment at no extra cost to you. Each month your checking account will be drafted for the amount of your regularly scheduled payment.
