The following forms are to be used by students who have loans with the Fund. Do not submit these forms with an application.
Student Check Request Form Use this form to request that a student loan check be sent to you. Before submitting your request be sure you currently have an approved loan amount available.
Loan Deferment Application Complete this form to apply for a student loan deferment. If approved, payments on principal will be deferred and your interest rate will be lowered from the repayment rate of 6% per annum to the student deferment rate of 2% per annum.
Automatic Payment Plan This convenient plan provides you with a way to pay your student loan payment at no extra cost to you. Each month your checking account will be drafted for the amount of your regularly scheduled payment.
